We understand how unexpected things can happen, so if you are unable to attend a session please let us know as early as possible. If you wish to rebook a cancelled session please contact us and we will do our best to provide an alternative date, subject to availability.
Our Simulator is a highly complex structure and although we are constantly upgrading and maintaining it, occasionally technical issues do arise. If we need to cancel or cut short your session due to a technical fault, we will gladly reschedule your flight on an alternative date for the full duration as stated on the voucher, plus 30 minutes.
A Zero blood alcohol and drug level is required by all participants.

We will also have a perspex divider in the the Simulator, our instructors are all double vaccinated, and we wipe down the cockpit controls after each session. In the initial stages after reopening up we will be contacting participants prior to the session to discuss the procedures in regard to Covid.
