PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR VOUCHER
VOUCHERS
All vouchers purchased at the Full Recommended Retail Price are valid for 3 years, all other vouchers are valid for 12 months. The booking must be made and the flight completed before the expiry date. All Expired vouchers are deemed null and void and cannot be redeemed after they have expired. Even though Vouchers are non-refundable, they can be transferred to a different participant provided they bring the original voucher on the day.
DAILY DEAL SITES
Vouchers purchased from Deal Company Websites are exempt from the 3 year validity as they are purchased at a Genuine Discounted rate. These include DEALS, Groupon, Scoopon etc. and the vouchers come with their own terms and conditions stated on the voucher and their company website. If you have any questions in regards to a 3rd party voucher please contact the deal site from where the voucher was purchased, or for more information visit – http://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/ .
REDEMPTION
On arrival you will need to present your voucher, either printed or via smartphone, and failure to do so will result in refusal of flight. The pilot will be unable to proceed unless the 3rd party voucher is presented as we require a security code for redemption. Vouchers can be transferred to a different participant providing they bring the original voucher on the day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand how unexpected things can happen, so if you are unable to attend a session please let us know as early as possible. If you wish to rebook a cancelled session please contact us and we will do our best to provide an alternative date, subject to availability.
TECHNICAL FAULTS
Our Simulator is a highly complex structure and although we are constantly upgrading and maintaining it, occasionally technical issues do arise. If we need to cancel or cut short your session due to a technical fault, we will gladly reschedule your flight on an alternative date for the full duration as stated on the voucher, plus 30 minutes.
ALCOHOL
A Zero blood alcohol and drug level is required by all participants.
HEALTH & SAFETY CONDITIONS
Should the person wishing to experience the Flight Simulator suffer with a heart condition, vertigo, epilepsy or motion sickness please be advised that they do so at your own risk. If they are unsure please seek medical advice. The visual stimuli and motion may result in symptoms such as nausea, headaches or trigger a seizure. Due to the confined space, and the unusual way that the seat moves into position, guests must be able to enter and exit the cockpit with minimal support, so we can only accommodate people up to 198cm tall and under 130 kg.
